Welcome to the world of not having to fill 100-round Shockbottle case gauges just to qualify your finished rounds!

This is a game changer for finished-round qualifying right on the press.

The gauge fits into any standard die hole in your toolhead, and the output funnel is designed to work with almost any press. Whether you’re running an automated or manually operated press, this system is designed to work right alongside your loading process.

Running an automated press?

The incorporated reject flap automatically closes when a round doesn’t gauge properly, separating the rejected round from the rounds that pass—all while allowing the press to keep running.

Built-in quality control.

If the gauge is tripped more than 5 times within a 30-second period, the control board signals the automation system to stop the press, letting the operator know it’s time to inspect before continuing.

Running a manual press?

No problem. The same on-press gauging system can be used without automation.

Want to offload directly into an AkroBin?

The bottom output chute is removable, allowing finished rounds to feed directly into an AkroBin. This option works with both automated and manual presses, giving you the flexibility to set up your finished-round handling the way that works best for your operation.
